Photographs are interpretation of world and indulge one to reverie. It doesn’t mean a glamour esthetics to me, but art of elegy. I think of photographers as hermits, who eternalize past into oblivion and into the clouds of fantasy. It’s enough to press a switch, in order to endue a moment with posthumous irony. Metaphorically speaking – photographer is a scribe rather then a poet. It reveals the living world, which is greatly ordinary and latent for others. Photographs feed the esthetic consciousness and explore the moments. To me the key thing is not to talk about object-glasses, newest features of Canon, but on the contrary, I believe, that the more primitive, less powerful device is, the more interesting, impressive outcome it can provide with, leaving more space for creative coincidences. I believe it to be creation that enriches the visual language.
